3. Prices
All offers and prices depend on the request. Prices are expressed in EUR.

No guaranteed response time can be granted. However, Claude Schiltz - Conseil Économique will strive to meet the estimated deadlines communicated to the client.
A request is considered processed once the requested documents have been sent to the client.
5. Disruptions, Force Majeure, Business Closures or Restrictions
Claude Schiltz - Conseil Économique is not responsible for damages resulting from disruptions caused by force majeure, network or server issues, or technical obstacles beyond its control. In such cases, Claude Schiltz - Conseil Économique reserves the right to fully or partially cancel its contractual commitments.
Claude Schiltz - Conseil Économique is not responsible for damages caused by viruses. The client is responsible for checking data during any transfer via email, download, or other means.
6. Liability
Claude Schiltz - Conseil Économique cannot be held responsible for contract errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client. The client is responsible for providing all necessary information in a timely manner.
7. Payment Terms
All fees and charges must be paid in accordance with the established contractual terms. In case of non-payment, [indicate the consequences].
8. Delivery of the Mandate
The mandate is delivered to the client after the acceptance of the offer, either by postal mail or in person. In the case of postal delivery, Claude Schiltz - Conseil Économique is not responsible for its loss.
